RØDE RØDECaster Duo
A focused desk for two voices.

Two-person desk. No guesswork.
Our compact desk pick for a host and one in-room guest. Two XLR/TRS combo inputs, hands-on faders, and voice processing keep the setup centered on the conversation.
Choose it for
A host and one in-room guest, a regular desk setup, and a show that also brings in connected sources.
Look elsewhere if
Three or four XLR microphones need to be connected at the same time. Start with the P4next or Pro II instead.

The trade-off: Two physical XLR sockets. USB and compatible wireless options do not turn it into a four-XLR console. Choose around your regular in-room mic count.
The board is the start.
These links are for the console or recorder—not a complete studio kit. Plan microphones, XLR cables, stands, headphones, compatible recording media, and any adapters separately.
The rear headphone connections are ¼-inch. Check your headphones and adapters, USB routing, and supported storage before the first session.
Sound pads are not microphone inputs. USB-only microphones do not connect directly to XLR sockets. Make and play back a short test recording before your show.
Keep the other options in view.
